When Ruti posted in a popular Facebook breast cancer support forum asking members to suggest a worthy charity in lieu of gifts for the party her children were planning to celebrate her recovery and her 80th birthday, fellow breast cancer survivors and current patients suggested many, many worthwhile, important organizations that do so much for the community. We are honored that she chose the Lemonade Fund. Her friends and family donated over NIS 10,000 in her honor that will go directly to fund Lemonade Fund grants.
